An injection mould for the car headlight cover

One of many examples of tools that FORMET has created for the automotive industry is an injection mould for the production of a car headlight cover. It is a two-cavity injection mould with a cooling system. It also comprises a system of  internal and external sliders – both placed on the core side of the mould. The mould is destined for the manufacture of polycarbonate products. The requirement was that the surface is mirror-polished. An injection mould for a plastic champagne flute

An example of injection moulds created for the household sector is a full-jaw injection mould for the production of a plastic champagne flute. It is one-cavity injection mould with an Ewikon hot-runner system. In order to avoid additional division marks a jaw system of ejecting from the core was used.
